Recommended daily dose: 2 gummies per day (3 g creatine per daily dose). Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g creatine. For adults performing short, high-intensity exercise.

Allergens (both flavours): May contain traces of fish, crustaceans (lobster, shrimp, crab), milk, soy, hazelnuts and pistachios.

Storage: Store between 15°C and 30°C in a cool, dry place. Keep the bottle tightly closed, protected from light and moisture. Consume within 30 days after opening.
